97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item should simply be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please include either the receipt or proof of purchase, or order slip, or print the email we sent you when we fulfilled your order. (This will help us track your order).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days
Refunds are available for some items depending on the nature of the item. Custom made clothing and handmade crafted crystals and stones are not usually covered. But send us an email to be sure.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the item.
If your return respects the requirements previously mentioned, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
For packages lost in transit, please submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier loses your package we will refund you or re-send a replacement item(s).
You should receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending ultimately on your card issuer's policies.
