Making a difference. Together.About 23.5 million people live in food deserts. Food deserts are more abundant in minority low-income neighborhoods. With limited options, many people living in food deserts get meals from fast-food restaurants and convenience stores. Nearly half of them are also low-income. Food insecurity has a high correlation with increased diabetes rates.
With every order, in partnership with The Black Wellness Community, a percentage of your purchase is donated to help usher in wellness programs to underserved communities.
