The practice of Stillness and Silence is amazingly simple, but it is not easy for many of us because it takes discipline. To begin, schedule 5 to 10 minutes in your day to practice silence in a quiet space that works for you. Afterwards, write or draw in this journal how you feel; deeply reflect and come back to these pages when you need a reminder or grounding.
