Apple cider vinegar has become quite the trending topic and it’s pretty easy to see why. This little beauty as a ba-jillion health benefits. Like...

How does ACV do all of this? Well.. 

ACV is made from fermented apples. During fermentation, the sugar in the apples turns into organic acids, enzymes, minerals, pectin and probiotics known as “the mother.” These properties are what make ACV such a potent solution.

The “mother” is the cloudy substance at the bottom of the bottle (only found in organic ACV)

So yes! It is worth the hype. But is it worth the work?

Lemon Drop Shot  - Just take it to the head

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne

 Pineapple Shooter - Take a shot for me

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raw local honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne

Dr. Oz’s Not So Secret Detox Tonic - You’re my little secret

  • 1 glass of warm or hot water (12-16 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½-1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)

ACV and Water - Be a “G” 

  • 16 oz water
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
