MAJOR KEY! The relationship between sleep and a healthy metabolism is real; sleep is essential to keeping everything in your body working as it should.

EAT SPICY

Spicier foods temporarily boost your metabolism and can help you feel full longer. 

PICK UP SOME WEIGHTS

You don’t have to become a bodybuilder but strength training instead of cardio (even just once a week) can reverse some of the metabolic slowdowns that come with age.
